Ops Specialist

Full Time (Hong Kong)

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Manage and streamline trade operations;

  • Follow up and report any internal or external anomalies;

  • Prepare for and closely monitor market events, and provide market insights;

  • Provide operational support for strategy releases;

  • Provide feedback to improve trading processes and on any issues that may affect the successful execution of trading strategies;

  • Develop effective reporting tools and procedures to ensure accurate analysis of profits and losses, risks and positions;

  • Work on projects and initiatives aimed at creating automated and efficient processes.

【Profile and Skills】

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a technical discipline, with a strong academic record from a prestigious institution;

  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Experience in trade operations, project management, or client service within the financial services sector;

  • (Optional) Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal or similar tools;

  • (Optional) Understanding of market structures, brokerage or counterparty relationships, and hedge fund operations.
